2025 Voluntary Benefit Special Open Enrollment

Annual Benefit Enrollment will begin on Monday, September 8, for benefits effective January 1, 2026.  During the Annual Benefit Enrollment period, you must take action if you have an Aflac benefit.  This year Aflac benefits for active employees will term from payroll deduction effective December 31st, 2025.  To retain your benefits on payroll deduction, you must speak with a benefit counselor to elect enhanced coverage through Trustmark.

We have partnered with Employee Family Protection (EFP) to speak with all employees to review the Voluntary Benefit plan options.  This year PetPartners Pet Insurance will be a new offering in addition to the Trustmark plans.

Meeting times should take approximately 30 minutes.

To schedule an appointment:

1.  Select a date on the calendar on the left.

2.  Choose a time by clicking on an available timeslot.

3.  Select the new user option.

4.  Complete registration process. 

Once you complete the registration process an e-mail will be sent to you.  If you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours, then you did not complete the process.
